Ente Auth cannot launch on Desktop
I just got a fresh install of Windows 11, and after trying to install Ente Auth for desktop I get these error messages.

You can download the latest version of Ente Auth for Mac, Windows, and Linux from GitHub at https://github.com/ente-io/ente/releases?q=tag%3Aauth-v4.

Just to clarify I tried both "install for all users" and "install for local users".
