Domains transferred with a typo in the registrant email address
Yesterday I transferred two domain names from Namecheap to Cloudflare. The invoices were IN-47831073 and IN-47830947. Both transfers have completed successfully.
Unfortunately, I later noticed a typo in the registrant email address for both domains. So those domains will (hopefully!) never get a response to the verification emails, because that incorrect address isn't mine. Also, I can't update the registrant email now... because a change requires verification from the the current address (which again, isn't mine).
How can I get the registrant email fixed on these two domains? I would like the use the email address of my Cloudflare account, as shown on those two invoices. I was able to somehow create a support ticket (case #01737182). But I can't view the ticket, because the link says I'm not a paid customer (even though I absolutely did pay money for both of these domain transfers).
