SMM stuck when downloading/applying
Hello! From yesterday (that i redownloaded the game), the SMM is stuck everytime i press Apply as the image (and the cursor is stack with the 2 vertical arrows).
I have already reinstalled it deleting all the relative Folders on AppData and LocalAppData.
I remmeber that when i usually update or start downloading it opens a Top Small Window which contains the downloading progress.
Currently i restarted it (like the image) and it's stuck since 20-25 minutes.
In the second screen i got the Task Manager (the first Column it's Network), it's not downloading and i'm connected and i've not any packet loss.
Attached the Debug Files, but to generete them i had to force close and reopen the SMM.

I'm fairly sure this is your issue:
The Webview2 runtime on your system is broken somehow. You can properly clean it up using https://github.com/ShadowWhisperer/Remove-MS-Edge/raw/refs/heads/main/Remove-EdgeWeb.exe, then reinstall it using the Evergreen Bootstrapper from https://developer.microsoft.com/en-us/microsoft-edge/webview2/?form=MA13LH#download. You may need to run the Bootstrapper as admin for it to succeed.

it looks like a lot of your mods did download and extract, though, so they might be installed (or they might just be in the cache)
You can check by seeing if there's a 'Mods' option on the main menu of the game
Are there mods installed but only a part, 19 of 27 selected
Just now, reopening the SAMM, some mods are checked with the "Dependency icon" so they are not selectable
Those are used by satisfactory plus so I'd expect them to appear like that in SMM
