temporarily banned for crashing?

In a duo and my friend crashes. He gets a similar message to this. We think its a one time thing and we brush it off

Next game, I crash. I try get back on but I'm told that I'm banned now.

Says we are cheating but we aren't and its happened back to back with me and my friend, wondering if anyone is having similar issues
