Elevated amount of gateway timeouts
Hello! Since about a week ago we've been getting a lot of gateway timeouts when trying to send a trigger. We don't get them consistently but at random times get a bunch of them. I've checked the Novu status page multiple times but that didn't show any issues. Dashboard is currently also very slow (both new and legacy). We're not self-hosting and using the PHP SDK. We're on a Pro plan and haven't reached our event limits.

We had few reports of gateway timeout 504 errors yesterday. Are you still seeing this error?
yes, just had another peak about 10min ago

Dashboard is stuck on a loading state/loading very slowly as well

This issue is happening on US region. EU region is not affected.
@lena_dooms are you using EU region or US?
I think still US, unless you've completed the transfer to EU we discussed a while back?

spoke too soon, still getting some 504's
@Pawan Jain just got another spike of 504's. Didn't last long, but it seems like the issue isn't fully resolved yet

Thanks for reporting. there have been few reports for request time out yesterday. Our team is aware and working on adding required fix
