HVCI Won’t Turn On
Basically I can’t play the game at all for the past 2 days. I’ve had this VAN Notification that my account requires HVCI to be enabled but whenever I try to enable it, it says to get rid of incompatible drivers but the incompatible drivers list is completely empty. I’ve done a clean reset on my computer and have searched drivers for this situation before on FaceIT CS2 and the problem was never resolved. Now I’m assuming I won’t be able to play Valorant now because I can’t turn it on for this game now? Has anyone found a fix to this or nah

Hmm
Ok
Open cmd as admin
type the whole thing :
reg add "HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Control\DeviceGuard\Scenarios\HypervisorEnforcedCodeIntegrity" /v "Enabled" /t REG_DWORD /d 1 /f
show ss of the result

Restart your pc
Then press windows key + r
Type msinfo32

I’ve restarted, it’s been like 10-15 minutes so far
Hold down power key and turn off
And start again
I got a Automatic Repair

Click on restart
If it still shows up
Click on advanced options

So far it’s at the same screen
Hold down power key and restart again, you’ll most prob, end up in the advanced recovery
We can try to reverse the cmd command
Ok I did that, do I go to advanced options
Yes

Then type diskpart
Then type list volume

Type exit
Then type

Ok now, take your time and type exactly same:
reg add "HKLM\OFFLINE_SYSTEM\ControlSet001\Control\DeviceGuard\Scenarios\HypervisorEnforcedCodeIntegrity" /v Enabled /t REG_DWORD /d 0 /f

Yes
Ok I’m no longer stuck on boot I’m on Home Screen
You said you reset your pc completely right
Well on May I did a PC Reset but I couldn’t do a complete one because it gave me an error. I only did a reset that made me keep my files I believe
Well reinstall windows
Should fix the issue
Ok I’ll give that a try today, thanks for the help
But just wondering, is memory integrity being enabled a requirement for everybody? Cause I remember seeing a video that said it affects performance
So I reinstalled and removed all of my files and sadly the issue still persists, I’m incapable of turning memory integrity on at all so is there a way to even play the game at this point?
Damn
Ok
What devices do you have connected to your pc
Peripherals
Wooting HE 60, Logitech Superlight Razer Viper V3 Pro Cable, Hyper X Cloud 3 USB Adapter
These are all I have connected, an ethernet cable and the Display Port is the rest
@Rachel Sorry to bother, but any ideas or advice that I should proceed with? I’ve already contacted support but there’s no progress so far
After you reinstalled windows, did you install anything or directly tried to enable memory integrity
Directly tried
After I tried that, I downloaded Chrome and continued all of the Windows updates
Microsoft Store - Download Center
Download Memory integrity system readiness scan tool from Official ...
HVCIScan is a tool that can be used to check a system for compatibility with memory integrity.
Download and run this

Let it complete

Can you take ss of what it says when you try to delete
Yes
Ok wait check dms
:Sus:
Fixed it:val_Heh:
Or so we thought…
Can you help buddy
First I made em enable via registry
Got stuck in loading screen loop
Made em disable from recovery
Now we successfully deleted the driver altogether and enabled, but gets stuck on loop again and then auto disables memory integrity
Windows can disable it forcefully, if it fails to initialize at startup. This could happen because of virtualization being disabled. It could also be an unofficial or outdated Windows install lacking official support
He reinstalled windows after the registry thing didn’t work
Also updated other win updates :val_SusgeNoted:
it's made by Dell what do you expect
I would still check the BIOS to see if virtualization is on
win+r, msinfo32, photo :D
@Piero ^
Hello, here’s a photo I took the other day for Riot Support. I haven’t made any changes to BIOS since I couldn’t find Virtualization and I’m already at the latest version:

I can update the photo later when I’m on my PC if necessary
