The Windows PC Netease App keeps crashing on launch - any help?
does anyone know why the PC version from netease instantly crashes after I press start game?
it works on my phone, just not on pc.
I have the latest nvidia graphics drivers (581.29) and my pc supports directx 12, it's a low-end gaming pc (i7-11800H, 32 GB ram, RTX 3050 mobile 4GB VRAM) on Windows 11.
