Serverless delay time suddenly spike
I use serverless with L40S region US-NC-1. The spike happen in 10th September - now. Additonal note: When i choose L40S in US-NC-1 region at the first time, the gpu status availability is still high, but now after i check again the availability is low. Is gpu availability that affecting delay time suddenly spike, or there is another reason that make it suddenly spike? (september 10th - 11th it cost total 15 hours L40S's billed time when there are just a dozen request happened on that day)
