Error Code 1015 - Hostinger

Hey!
Can anyone help me with this? Why i got this and how to contact with Hostinger, since i cannot log in to use the support chat due to the ban. Im the owner and im just setting up a website for audio mixing... Nothing offensive or stuff...
I havent worked on it for 2 weeks and now i wanted to log in and got this...
I have no idea about this...
