Service unavailability.
I'm from Russia and this problem has been popping up for two days now. I tried resetting the network, updating network adapters, rebooting, reinstalling Valorant, checking if there was any damage to the files and none of this helped.

Does this fix itself after the match is over & sends you back to the lobby?

No, it happens all the time. Sometimes everything just works for 10 seconds at any given moment, and then this problem pops up again. It doesn't throw me out anywhere, it's just that I'm offline for everyone, chat is unavailable and I canโt see friend list
