incompatibility issue with iris

yes, ive red the faq, as much as i read i understood that version 1.7.x+ is required, ive channged versions, downloaded the jars from discord and modrinth itself, for both iris and dh, and i keep getting this issue regardless of the versions i use:

any help would b wonderful, also the authentication system is dogwater, pls change it
