Weird light glitch at medium distance / Bliss Shaders

A creeper replica build out of stone bricks lights up weirdly when going outside of the render distance and viewing LOD data.
The creeper is evenly lit on the inside but it gets these weird lines across it's face and below the head where the body connects.

Any specific DH setting I could tweak to fix this?
Using Bliss shaders.
