Function is periodic
with period 1
First for $e^{fractional([x])}=e^{0}=1$
Which is continous everywhere

Similarly for the g.if. thing period is 1, and the graph breaks where e^(stuff) goes from 1 to 2
So that's is disc. at Z+ln2 where Z is any integer
