Custom Kick and Ban triggers for Squad not working (500 Internal Server Error)

We have a common triggers for bans and they stopped working 3 days ago entirely, before we had no problems for a year or so, looks like BM server issue, but no one seems to have anything similar Also a very similar warn trigger works as before
