My account has been banned, and when I contacted support, I was told the ban was for "Cheating by over-detection in simulators." I honestly don’t know what this means — I wasn’t cheating. My account was just left in the lobby, and when I came back, I found it banned.
I kindly ask you to review this case again. I have made a lot of progress in the current event (272/300) and I really want to finish it before the event ends this month.
Please help me resolve this as soon as possible so I can continue.

Accounts are suspended for violating PUBG MOBILE's terms of service.
If your account is banned for a short time, please use the File Claim option when trying to log into your account if you want to appeal your account suspension. If your appeal is rejected in-game, we're unfortunately unable to help you any further, and you'll have to wait until the ban is lifted on its own....

@Quendi I didn’t do anything to get banned, and I searched on YouTube and Google, I’ve never seen a ban for this reason before. I submitted a request, but it got rejected, and I don’t understand what I did my account was in the lobby and got banned for no reason.
In this case, you'll have to wait until the ban is lifted on the specified end time. We're unfortunately unable to help you any further through the community.
