Game screen stuck
Dear PUBG Mobile Support Team,
My name is zeus, and I’m a 16-year-old gamer from India who has been deeply passionate about PUBG Mobile for years. For me, PUBG is not just a game — it’s a daily part of my life, something I truly enjoy and look forward to.
However, I’ve been facing a very frustrating issue recently. Every time I open PUBG Mobile on my OPPO F9 Pro, the phone screen gets stuck on the login interface. Before launching PUBG, my phone works normally — the touchscreen responds smoothly. But the moment PUBG opens and reaches the login screen, the display completely freezes. Strangely, when I lock the phone and use the lockscreen, the touch works fine again, but inside PUBG, it remains unresponsive.
I’ve tried restarting my phone, reinstalling PUBG Mobile, clearing cache, and ensuring everything is up to date — but nothing has fixed this issue. It’s very disheartening because I want to continue playing the game I love, but this problem is stopping me completely.
I understand my device is not the newest, but PUBG Mobile has always run fine on it before. If there’s any way your team can help me fix this issue, optimize the game for my device, or provide me with guidance, I would be truly grateful. PUBG Mobile means a lot to me, and I really don’t want to lose the joy of playing it because of this technical issue.

Dear pubg mobile support teams ,Somenone hacked my account it was sign in by twitter and gmail account now he already changed everything passwords second verification removved my number as well and he is removing my friends from my list change flag already please 🙏🏻 i would like to request pubg mobile support teamms to freeze my acciunt untill it became recovery i had spend alot of money on that account so please until i claimed my account please freeze that account in 1 week he misuse of my uc and materials and all please 🙏🏻 he is a hacker i will send some evidence and please i already submits claims its done so waiting hope i will get that account for now please freeze that account account will be on pictures and read chats with the hacker . 🙏🏻 thank you @PUBG MOBILE

he is the hacker and he is pretending like he is innocent at first he was talking nicelly i purchase this one he was saying like that and after some time he told me to delete pubg and re install j will give you account he told me like that so i’m pretty sure that he is the hacker if i delete pubg my all data will be erased and i will never get my account back so i didnt delete i was shocked how he got my number also i aske and he told me from secondary verification number now he is misusing my account i have spent more money this month for x suit please help me to get that account back
