My name is zeus, and I’m a 16-year-old gamer from India who has been deeply passionate about PUBG Mobile for years. For me, PUBG is not just a game — it’s a daily part of my life, something I truly enjoy and look forward to.
However, I’ve been facing a very frustrating issue recently. Every time I open PUBG Mobile on my OPPO F9 Pro, the phone screen gets stuck on the login interface. Before launching PUBG, my phone works normally — the touchscreen responds smoothly. But the moment PUBG opens and reaches the login screen, the display completely freezes. Strangely, when I lock the phone and use the lockscreen, the touch works fine again, but inside PUBG, it remains unresponsive.
I’ve tried restarting my phone, reinstalling PUBG Mobile, clearing cache, and ensuring everything is up to date — but nothing has fixed this issue. It’s very disheartening because I want to continue playing the game I love, but this problem is stopping me completely.
I understand my device is not the newest, but PUBG Mobile has always run fine on it before. If there’s any way your team can help me fix this issue, optimize the game for my device, or provide me with guidance, I would be truly grateful. PUBG Mobile means a lot to me, and I really don’t want to lose the joy of playing it because of this technical issue.
