false ban help
hey i’m seriously fed up with this whole thing it’s been over a month since my valorant account got banned and every time i reach out riot support just sends the same copy-paste reply, i was literally screen sharing with a friend and accidentally showed my password and the next time i logged in i was banned for “using third party software,” which i’ve never used in my life, i keep asking the support team to actually look at the logs and check if the login matches my ip or usual devices but they just ignore it and keep refusing to dig deeper, i know i didn’t cheat or run anything shady and it feels so unfair that i’m getting punished for something i didn’t do while they won’t even check the proof that would clear me.
Solution
Your appeal has been denied. Meaning that your account is permanently banned. Your PC has a hardware ban for 4 months before you can play Valorant on any account again.
