IPad stuck

Hi, after last app update, the app starts and then locks, no photos are visible and all the buttons are non-responsive. I already tried to uninstall and reinstall the app but it doesn't solve. Any suggestions? On my Pixel 8 all is fine but I can no longer use Immich on my iPad. Thanks

Same issue. iPad App Version 1.142.0 Build 223. the previous version on another iPad still works. iPad OS 17.7.10, Server Version 1.142.0

@Yas I've deleted your image since it seems to contain a screenshot of a private conversation But this, looks like your server is not updated to 142, updating it should fix the mobile app issue

@Zack i just updated to the server version u mentioned earlier, i was able to update and up the containers no problem but now when i open my server it takes me to the admin registration page, is the normal behavior?

updated from 1.20 to 1.42.1 i have a backup, will restoring do the trick?

I would say you should try restoring the backup and then try the update process again, you can't update straight from 1.20 all the way to 1.42.1 If you still end up having problems, best case would be to open your own help-desk-support thread
