IPad stuck
Hi, after last app update, the app starts and then locks, no photos are visible and all the buttons are non-responsive.
I already tried to uninstall and reinstall the app but it doesn't solve.
Any suggestions?
On my Pixel 8 all is fine but I can no longer use Immich on my iPad.
Thanks

IPad 6th generation with ipados 17.7.10
Thanks, I can reproduce on one of my old ipad
let's see what is happening here
Ok thanks
Hi, im facing he same issue, my buttons are responsive but no assests at all. Ive tried loggin out and in
Yeah I’ve seen report that with ios 15 and 16 there are problems
Same issue. iPad App Version 1.142.0 Build 223. the previous version on another iPad still works. iPad OS 17.7.10, Server Version 1.142.0
So we are two with iPad OS 17.7.10
Same, I have iPhone 14 Pro w/ iOS 18.6.2 - no images from the cloud are showing in the app
Have you made sure to update your server?
@Yas I've deleted your image since it seems to contain a screenshot of a private conversation
But this, looks like your server is not updated to 142, updating it should fix the mobile app issue
Got it, thanks @shenlong-tanwen
Any news about iPad OS 17.7.10?
@Zack i just updated to the server version u mentioned earlier, i was able to update and up the containers no problem but now when i open my server it takes me to the admin registration page, is the normal behavior?
No, if that's happening then something has happened to your database
updated from 1.20 to 1.42.1
i have a backup, will restoring do the trick?
That's quite a large jump, did you read all of the breaking changes as you updated?
ye i did
I would say you should try restoring the backup and then try the update process again, you can't update straight from 1.20 all the way to 1.42.1
If you still end up having problems, best case would be to open your own help-desk-support thread
