iPad Immich app freezes
Hi, I need help on my Immich iPad app freezing, can't use it at all.
It started freezing after I sign into my son's Immich profile. He already has his own profile going with less than 1000 photos on his iPhone XS, and he couldn't use it on this iPad. The refresh logo next to the cloud icon would spin for a bit then stop, then the app freezes (with the refresh logo stops spinning but still visible). Some time later when I go back to home screen and back into the app, the app would reload (then freeze again).
UPDATE: I got it to work -- It started working after I turned off "New Timeline" in Settings -> Advanced section. The app starts freezing when I re-enable "New Timeline" (turning it on / off requires an app restart, all freezes happen upon app load), so I'm keeping it turned off for now.

iPad 7th Gen 32 GB
iPad OS version: 18.7.1 (the latest version available on this iPad)
Free space: ~6GB
Photo permission: tried Full Access, Limited Access, No Access, the app simply freezes regardless
Immich app version: the latest as of today, it's 2.0.1 build.230
Immich server version: 2.0.1 on LXC running Debian Trixie, updated using community script, baremetal is running Proxmox 8.4.13
Immich server cache + storage: 1.1 TB used out of 3.5 TB
