Feature Discussion: Filtered Timeline View
Hello, I would like to discuss a feature regarding the current filter implementation. I really like to work with filters in order to move pictures into albums, like them, and so on. For example I specify 2024 and work through my pictures. Currently, after applying a filter all pictures are shown in a bunch in a new window, what makes it difficult to select a day or several days very easy and fast.
Why not simply filter the timeline view directly? or if it is in a new window, a checkbox could enable the timeline in the new window so the user can decide if he or she wants to view all filtered pictures directly or move structured in a timeline. However, it should be possible to select pictures as in the normal timeline in groups conveniently. In my opinion I do not understand why filters open the new window rather then simply filter the timeline.

In order to be able to effectively help you, we need you to provide clear information to show what the problem is. The exact details needed vary per case, but here is a list of things to consider:
