My valorant account got banned for no reason
before getting banned ( 2 days back ) I played valorant normally and didnt get banned. After that day i didn't even play valorant and next day when i logged into my account I see my account got banned saying this (in the attachment). My 2fa was on, gmail was secured, not even hacked, HOW I GOT BANNED IN EVEN WHEN I LOGGED OUT? i didn't use any 3rd party apps. When i submit tickets to riot support, they are just bots copy and pasting same message repeatedly (look at the following attachments). My money just got wasted.

If your account was banned (for cheating) you would normally be given a hardware ban. I know there are situations where one isn't given*. And yes, third party software means cheating.

bro they are like bots, i opened tickets like 6-7 times and one guy says ive took a look again, and saw this acc cheated. other guy says he took again a look and wont take ticket regarding this case. other guy says its been finalized and wont accept . when i open ticket again other guy says i took look again

Yes it sucks that they cannot give a very personalized experience and write every message specifically for that situation.
But they but the reality is, is that there are thousands tickets a day. It's just not possible to have a custom message for every ticket that's not only is professional but also is approved by Riot.
They have said that it's been manually reviewed and it's been a month since the account was banned. So now you can just wait for a dev.

A dev reviewing this, is not a requirement. They do it in their free time. And have the choice to not. Or may do so without messaging.
