Used flatseal to give firefox permission to see user files- All firefox profiles, settings gone??

I was trying to upload a file and noticed I couldnt see any user files (pictures. etc)... dragging a file into the window did nothing

So I was told to adjust the permissions with flatseal- Now all the data is just fucking gone?

All my browser information- All my settings, extensions, bookmarks, everything- Just gone?
