Wrong timestamp
Hi Everyone,
I uploaded a heap of photos from Takeout and there are several with the wrong timestamp on them. They have been given todays date/time.
Used Desktop App to upload them.
Why?
TIA

When importing photos from Google Takeout, the metadata is often stored in separate ".json" files. To ensure Ente can correctly read this metadata, Ente recommends unzipping all of your Google Takeout ZIP files into a single folder before importing into Ente. This is mentioned at https://help.ente.io/photos/migration/from-google-photos/ and further explained at https://help.ente.io/photos/faq/metadata#importing-from-google-takeout.
You can upload the unzipped folder using the desktop app, as mentioned at https://help.ente.io/photos/migration/from-google-photos#steps.

I have followed these instructions and unzipped them first.
Could you please check if they actually contain the metadata within them using a tool like https://stefan-oltmann.de/exif-viewer/?
