How can I completely uninstall and reinstall server?

I’m using Ubuntu and ran into issues connecting to my server after trying to install Immich Go to load a folder of Google Takeout.

Is there a way to completely start fresh and remove everything to start over?
I have not located any information on doing this from searching.

I’m a Linux novice, so layman’s terms would be helpful.
