Change main email
Hi, I changed my primary email address, but notifications are still being sent to my old one. Can you help me, please?
Deleted email: grupo.ti@kobold.com.br
Primary email: grupo.ti@kob.tech
Second email: financeiro@kob.tech

Are these notifications generated from your own organization's workflow?
If yes, you will need to search for this email on subscribers page and update email of found subscriber

The email received is the monthly notification with the payment receipt.
However, it's going to an email address that was initially registered but is no longer registered. See screenshot.
This notification is not being sent to the main account.

Can you delete email: grupo.ti@kobold.com.br and send to primary and second?

If I am not wrong, you are looking to update your billing email address
Updated billing email address from our side.
Now email will be sent to both primary and secondary email address
Now email will be sent to both primary and secondary email address
