I'm having trouble with my Horizons website.I can't log in to any account.
Horizons says the problem is that the emails aren't verified—but they were working normally, and now no one can log in.
How do I fix this?

but I see in supabase and the emails are verified
So I wanted to know why I can't log anyone in?
You would need to show the error you are getting. Is the error from the Supabase side or Horizon side?
The error doesn't appear - the screen goes black when anyone tries to log in.
The Horizons team says the problem is with Supabase.
They say the emails aren't verified. I showed them that they're all verified, and they tell me to contact Supabase to find out why no one can log in.
But since I can't contact anyone there, I don't know what to do.
Are you from Supabase support?
Can you help me?
You can check your Supabase auth logs to see if there were any errors there https://supabase.com/dashboard/project/_/logs/auth-logs
How do I test?
to see if there are any errors.
The logs I pointed you to would show if there is an error

Does this show that there are no errors?
So why can't I log into any account?
What does log into an account mean in thie instance? I am guessing you created an app with Horizon and that app is using Supabase as it's backend and you are trying to log into that app? is this correct?
yes
Try logging into an account in the app now and then refresh the auth logs again. If you don't see any results in the logs still it means the request hasn't reached Supabase auth system.
How do I refresh the authentication logs?
You can just refresh the browser
The screen looks like this
and I can't log in.

no one can log in
everyone else is having the same issue
Where is your login form? this is your application screen.
It's logging in all the time
The login option no longer appears, I don't know how to get it back.
I log in to the site and it stays like this now.
But this is an application issue and not a Supabase issue. Not sure why Horizon would be telling you it's a Supabase issue.
This is what I see when I go to the website

Why does this error occur every time we try to log in?
Opening it with an incognito tab works.
But when we try to log in, it gives the same error.
The screen goes black and doesn't go away.

Are there any Auth logs?
Yes, we've done several.
Where can I find that?
this?

Is this from the Auth logs or the API gateway logs?
How do I know?
?
Can you guide me?
I have the website ready, but they claim it's not working because there's a problem with the login process, and they can't fix it because the problem is in the database!
I'm stuck in this middle ground, with the project I've already spent time and money on stalled!
?
This is a user helping user forum. He is probably doing his own life stuff right now.
You need to figure out what error is occurring by looking at the SB dashboard API Gateway log and Auth log. Also showing stuff in Spanish? makes it harder to help.
I understand...
Doesn't Supabase have any support that could guide me?
The error doesn't appear - no one can log in.
And Horizons says the problem is with Supabase, but I can't find the error. I don't know where to look for/fix it.
This is the main support for this type of thing. Users here can probably help but you have to help by giving more info. Like the error that is occurring and what you are calling.
This is a bug in your code most likely and not Supabase. There are no known bugs with auth and no user reports of such.
Official Support is not for debugging your app and if Free plan is days even if their bug.
The problem is that the error doesn't appear - it simply won't log in.
And the AI can't resolve it.
And the hosting says the problem is with the support base.
I don't know what to do.
No registered email address can log in.
As Gary stated you would have to show an error from your Supabase auth logs or the API Gateway logs, if there are none there then it's an application code issue. Horizon telling you it's a Supabase issue without any pointers is not helpful since they are the ones providing an AI assistant tool.
