Those are completely different to what smurfing is.
When you create your own acc and level it up to 20 and grind comp: smurfing [not bannable]
When you buy/share acc, and grind comp on that acc: boosting [bannable]
which most ppl are "bought/shared account)
Shared/bought accs do get banned.
Whilst alt acc smurfing are never banned.
