Is it safe to rebase from bazzite-nvidia-open to bazzite-asus-nvidia-open?
I accidentally installed the desktop image onto my laptop. It's running fine, but I would like all of the power optimizations for laptops. I tried using the bazzite-asus-nvidia-open.iso, but anaconda errors while starting up and I cannot get through the install process. Can I just rebase to the laptop image?

i don't see why not
you only have issues if you rebase between DEs & that's only because DEs store config files in the home folder
