it seems weird to me they just announce it because rank manipulation detection has already been in the game for a while

If u create an account yourself, level it to lvl20 and go ranked you’re allowed to play on kt
i mean sure yeah but its 50/50 still
from my personal expierence you get a rank manipulation ban if you get mass reported no matter if you made the account or not
