In your case, you will need to enable the mentioned features. Once all the features requested by the error message are enabled, access to the game will be restored.

here’s an example where updating bios fixed the “black screen” after enabling secure boot

It’s bit lengthy cause they didn’t have a usb, so had to make em a FAT32 partition, + wrong mobo version file was sent
