Show task manager > performance tab
Show full page
Relaunch the game and press F11 rq
if it means anything i cant alt tab into valo
which ive been able to prior
it put the game into windowed but then it just went back
to fullscreen
when the game is first loading that can be normal

i can see the tab is in windowed
in alt tab
which it wasnt before

open and select
GPU
AMD
then click on clean and restart
After it restarts, install the driver from here https://www.amd.com/en/support/download/drivers.html
