I guess I don't know what this problem is exactly
So I've downloaded valorant, went into the bios followed a few videos to make sure it was all right, went into the firewall cleared 1)Valorant, 2)Vanguard, and 3) riot client, updated every driver I have, and I think the game is showing up as bootstrap package game in the firewall (I don't know if that is normal) but everything I've done ends up the same way where the game will start freezing and stuttering for like 6 seconds then free up for a few then freeze again and it will carry over to the rest of my computer even if I end task, as if it overwhelms my Ryzen 7 7700 and 32 gbs of ram maybe it's a hardware problem but I don't have it anywhere else in any other game
