When am I going to get my account back been 6months

I was hacked on April 2025 and filed about 11 12 claims all failed , I logged on to my 6 year old acc to add the hacker ( my account and he did add me ) still haven't talked to him , its like pubg team doesn't care they only want the people to spend they money when a problem comes they ignore it , proof is all correct cuz I had sc of the acc like main profile and shii . I will show you some of his pics that were on the account maybe anyone knows him , all of these pic was on the tiktok account now he deleted them , but like fr pubg soo many ppl have they account hacked I'm looking and they still don't have it back after months , so idk all I can say PUBG is money hungry
