Ticket don't show
i submit a ticket for recover my account before 12 hours and it didn't show in tickets suction ticket
is that normal or there is a problem ?

so why you recovering your account ? and did you got email that you opend ticket >
My account locked and they tell me to do a ticket (recover my account).
they send a email about the ticket but when i click the link that they send in, this image appears
some tickets (like account recovery) are handled only through email and the link to it will not work
that should be handled by email . but im not sure if you select the right one
So should i just waiting for response through the email right?
