Hi, I’m reaching out because my friend’s account, has been permanently banned. However, my friend has never cheated or violated any rules. We’re wondering if it’s possible to have the account reviewed to check if there’s any way to lift the ban.
Could you kindly verify if there’s any way to reconsider or unblock the account?

No, he’s never shared the account with anyone, no friends or family members. It’s only ever been him using it.
He’s really hoping to get it back if possible, especially since he’s spent quite a bit of money on the account. He’d appreciate any help in getting it reviewed.

He swore to me to death that he didn't cheat and that his account was stolen, showing me logins from Turkey, but I can't know if that's true. I'd like to help him if his story is true. Is there anyone at Riot who can actually verify the truth of this story?
