Valorant is capped at 60, without vsync on, checked nvidia control panel & amd adrenalin software

Only Valorant is capped at 60fps, everything else seems to be fine. Display is set to perform at the highest refresh rate and all the ingame video settings are also turned off ( Limit FPS )
Also game recognizes change is Refresh rate while i switch between tabs its changes from 200+ fps to 60fps locked.
