My account was banned for 10 years. I already appealed by email, but I only receive repeated automated responses that do not address my specific case.
I would like to request an exception because I honestly did not know that using iPad view on mobile is considered cheating. I admitted my mistake and I am only asking for a reduction of the ban to 1 month as a chance to prove my fair play.
Please, I kindly ask for help to escalate my case to an official staff member who can manually review it. I am not looking for a standard bot reply, but real human support.

Accounts are suspended for violating PUBG MOBILE's terms of service. Please use the File Claim option when trying to log into your account if you want to appeal for your account suspension.
