Volumn
I am going to use volumn on other device(no runpod).
But I got S3 keys from "Create S3 API Key" but permission denied. why?

I was able to do it can try my tool that makes it easier, but guessing u need a runpod api key in ur auth header. Im pretty sure to create a network volume is just a runpod api key operation. If u want to create / send files / retrieve it, then u need a s3 api key + a s3 user id too from runpod.
note that this is not actually s3, it's just an s3-mostly-compatible API for crud operations
