Network Transfer Limit
It seems like that I reached the Network transfer limit not sure how. However I can't do anything also I realized I created the DB in the wrong region so I would like to backup and then restore it in the correct regions how can I do that while the limit is reached?

Also when upgrading on neon website it says 5usd min usage based pricing and vercel shows me 19usd per month? is it the same but vercel did not update pricing yet?

Unfortunately once your limit is reached there's no more bandwidth to send your backup. What's your project-id? You can find it in the URL

As for the pricing, its because Neon launched a new usage based pricing model, but Vercel still has the old set menu plan.
