After my 2-hour cooldown, the Pokémon are still flying. Why?
When I started the tool, I couldn't catch any Pokémon, so I thought it was a bug and tp'd. After the 2-hour cooldown timer was over, I tried again, but they still ran away. However, I can catch them without any problems on my phone (the tool is on the PC).
