Issue with Tim-Smart's Effect MCP and Claude Desktop: "File is not defined" Error

So it seems that the Tim-Smart's Effect MCP isn't working quite right with Claude Desktop at least, I keep getting this error:
/Users/user/.npm/_npx/19cf08adef17ffe7/node_modules/effect-mcp/main.cjs:4041
    webidl.is.File = webidl.util.MakeTypeAssertion(File);
ReferenceError: File is not defined
...

Anyone else encountered this issue?
