“ERR_CONNECTION_TIMED_OUT” error

I was able to access it until 3 days ago, but starting from 2 days ago I began encountering this error. Since i live in Turkiye, i initially thought it was another access restriction, but someone else living in the same city told me they were able to access it. How can we identify the problem? I’ve already tried using a different browser, but i haven’t tried a VPN yet
