We would like to present this proposal regarding the development of the Clan System in the game. Below are some ideas:
🎮 Development Suggestions
1. Launch Clan Wars
Daily, weekly, or monthly tournaments between clans.
Matches can take place in a special map or a dedicated mode.
Unique rewards + global clan ranking points for motivation.
2. Add a Clan Base
A virtual space where clan members can gather.
Customizable with banners, statues, and decorations.
Evolves as the clan level increases.
3. Clan Missions
Daily/weekly challenges that require participation from multiple members.
Individual rewards + group rewards upon completion.
4. Diverse Ranks and Permissions
Add ranks such as: Event Organizer, Trainer, Recruiter.
More realistic and engaging task distribution.
5. Exclusive Clan Rewards
Exclusive weapons and skins featuring the clan’s logo.
Special outfits and effects for landing or winning.
Rare items obtainable only through the clan system.
This is what we propose to add to the clan system. What would you suggest?
💰 Revenue Growth Suggestions
1. Clan Pass (Premium Clan Subscription)
Similar to the Battle Pass, but exclusively for clans.
Provides additional rewards and missions for subscribers.
2. Clan Base Customization
Sell decorative items (decorations, effects, emblems).
Allows clans to express their identity and stand out.
3. Major War Tickets
Entry into global clan tournaments requires purchasing a “ticket.”
Rewards would be highly valuable and very rare.
4. Clan Store
Unlockable through clan points.
Some items free with points, others purchasable with UC.
5. Sponsorship of Official Clan Tournaments
Open the door for sponsorships from companies and brands.
Provides an additional revenue stream for the game.

We have noticed that the current system is limited in use and does not provide enough incentive for players to remain engaged or interact collectively, compared to other games such as Clash of Clans or Call of Duty Mobile, where the clan system has been one of the pillars of success.
📈 Expected Results
Strengthen teamwork and the sense of belonging among players.
Increase the retention rate of active players.
Boost in-game spending through UC and customization.
Make the clan system one of the core elements of PUBG Mobile, instead of being secondary.
