Blocked at 2FA - Ticket #SU-251485
I use Google Auth for 2FA. For the last 2 days the 2FA code is always considered wrong, hence I cannot login to the production environment of my company.
It was working fine for 5 month then suddenly not anymore.
I have made a ticket but no reply from support for the last two days. I am in charge of support and currently can't do my job :/

Are you Free or Pro plan?
This is a user helping user forum and not regularly monitored by Supabase.
Did you try another browser, device and/or VPN to rule out a state issue with your current environment?

I tried different browsers vut the code is always considered false. I try to remove 2FA, but impoissbile :/
It does not sound like the state issue that locks up the dashboard, but try a different device to be sure. Otherwise support is it.

Ping back later if not responded to. 48 hours would be long for Pro support, but not unheard of especially after weekend catchup.
