SMTP Setup problems
Probably need to post what Provider you are using and some masked data you are setting to see if a another user using the provider has ideas.
If the 535 error details match (check the detail message) then it implies one of the settings is not as expected.
Most are using custom SMTP in general so not a flat out bug.
