How do I debug Gaming Mode issues?

Attempted actions taken so far are:
bazzite-deck install since 2023, and there is a bug that I encounter on and off. The Gaming Mode like on the Steam Deck becomes inaccessible unless I restart the computer. If I try clicking on the desktop shortcut "Return to Gaming Mode", Steam gets reset (my Steam account is signed out, Steam settings are reset, compatibility tools preferences are reset).Attempted actions taken so far are:
ujust fix-reset-steam- rebasing to the forward Testing images and backward stable images from June.
