Looking to roll back Vulkan 1.4 to 1.3.

I'm running a bazzite build that supports GTX 10x series GPU. However, Vulkan 1.4 is installed and does not support my GPU. Vulkan 1.3 does. How would I rollback Vulkan to 1.3?

Solution

Vulkan version utilized by applications are determined by your gpu, not currently installed vulkan version. So what you want to do is not necessary.
