Urgent – Need Help! 🥺 🙏
Zaraz stopped working for us today around 1 AM.
• It looks like the Zaraz script is not being injected into our site – I see "zaraz is not defined" in the console.
• No changes were made in the Zaraz dashboard that could have caused this.
• In Cloudflare, Zaraz is still shown as Active (🟢 Zaraz on aiapply.co is on).
• Auto-inject script = True
• Bot Score Threshold = Block none
Can you please check what might have caused this? We need this fixed ASAP

Hello, I don't work for Cloudflare so I'm limited in the help I can provide. I did check a few of my sites and am seeing that they're loading zaraz properly so it seems unlikely it is an outage.
I would suggest checking a few things:
- Have you confirmed it isn't working for all users (all of your analytics have shown a decline to 0)? It could be a local network or machine issue where zaraz is getting blocked by an ad blocker.
- Are there any error in the browser console?
- Are zaraz network requests successfully running in the dev tool network tab?
Thank you for your answer. It is not working for all users. There are no errors in the browser console and no network requests, because Zaraz was not injected.
