Unable to access in game appeal

Hi pubgm service team. Im the owner of this account. Someone hacked my in game account by the in game file claim and then got it banned because the system detected it as an account trading even though i was hacked and ive been trying to get in contact with the customer service team. I would like to know the duration and reason for the ban on this account please and please help me reclaim it. It’s my 4 years of progress and 61 collector level account please if you could do anything to help any form anything. I can provide any kind information you want to provide my ownership of the account just please help me reclaim by account back. Ive tried emailing the service team but i always get an automated reply and no body has helped so please help me with this

Accounts are suspended for violating PUBG MOBILE's terms of service regardless of who was using the account. Keep in mind that it is your responsibility to secure your account in the first place by using strong passwords for the linked social media accounts and enabling two-factor authentication for both your social media accounts and PUBG MOBILE account.
Please use the File Claim option when trying to log into your account if you want to appeal your account suspension....

Accounts are suspended for violating PUBG MOBILE's terms of service regardless of who was using the account. Keep in mind that it is your responsibility to secure your account in the first place by using strong passwords for the linked social media accounts and enabling two-factor authentication for both your social media accounts and PUBG MOBILE account.
Please use the File Claim option when trying to log into your account if you want to appeal your account suspension.
If your account is permanently suspended, you may also submit an appeal request via the community support form.

I believe the account was wrongfully banned by the system because as i said i did not trade or sell accounts i was hacked and the system wrongfully banned my account worth of 4 years progress and no the person who hacked my account did not use any other hacks that violate the terms and regulations like speed hack or any shit because i used to spectate the gameplay and his match results which were normal so i was wrongfully banned i kindly request you to refer me to an actual customer support agent who can help me with this mess @Quendi
Real support is an illusion, the mods here are just to moderate this discord server and have nothing to do with Pubgm or their support system. You have to stick to the mentioned support form or ingame support.
When your claim ingame gets rejected then use the community form.
