Hello i got banned the reason is that i cheated but i didn’t you can check me on soft i don’t really have a problem about that i was not playing for a long time when i downloaded it i enter shooting range after that i closed game down and when i opened it again i was banned. Isn’t there any way that you can review my case?

Accounts are suspended for violating PUBG MOBILE's terms of service.
Please use the File Claim option when trying to log into your account if you want to appeal your account suspension....

If your account is permanently suspended, you may also submit an appeal request via the community support form.
